The Dr. J.E. Isaac Scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in a Menno Simons College program, based on academic merit. Dr. Isaac was a founding member of the Menno Simons College Board and a well-known Winnipeg surgeon.

This scholarship is for students returning to Menno Simons College. It was established in honour and memory of Elizabeth Buckland, who recognized the particular challenges faced by Indigenous People and newcomer Canadians and saw the potential of education to overcome this challenge.

The Isaac & Margaret Redekop Scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in a Menno Simons College program, based on academic merit and leadership skills. Margaret Redekop was a long-time member of the Menno Simons College Board and a teacher in the River East School Division.

The Ivan Esau Leadership Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled in a Menno Simons College program, based on exceptional academic record and proven leadership qualities. This scholarship was founded by Mr. Paul Esau in honour of his father, Ivan Yakovlevich Esau. To honour the intent of the donor to foster Mennonite leaders, at least one of these scholarships should be awarded to a student attending a Mennonite church. Multi-year scholarships are renewable up to three years and awarded to students registered as majors in Menno Simons College programs. A one-year scholarship may be awarded to a student expressing the intent to major in a Menno Simons College program.

The Margarita Esau Achievement Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled in a Menno Simons College program, based on strong academic record and proven leadership qualities. This scholarship was founded by Mr. Paul Esau in honour of his mother, Margarita Yakovlevna Esau. Multi-year scholarships are renewable up to three years and awarded to students registered as majors in Menno Simons College programs. A one-year scholarship may be awarded to a student expressing the intent to major in a Menno Simons College program.

The Menno Simons College Student Association (MSCSA) Scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in a minimum of two Conflict Resolution Studies or International Development Studies courses in the academic year. The recipient will be active in pursuing the values of the MSCSA, including principles of peace, justice, equality, social action, and community.

The Dr. Bernie & Marge Wiebe Scholarship is awarded to a returning Menno Simons College student who demonstrates both academic achievement and leadership in addressing conflict, inequality, and poverty, and entering the second, third, or fourth year in a Menno Simons College program. Dr. Wiebe was the founding professor and curriculum developer of the Conflict Resolution Studies Program at Menno Simons College.
